There are many different types of medications used to control ejaculation in the form of creams, sprays or even condoms that desensitize the penis that can be used to extent the duration of intercourse.

Water-based lubricants are the most widely available personal lubricant on the market. Oral Medications  
  There are drugs taken orally that can be used to correct premature ejaculation. A common approach to the pharmacological treatment of premature ejaculation involves the use of oral drugs that interfere with the ejaculatory process. Most of these drugs were originally developed for the treatment of mood disorders and emotional problems. Some noted that these antidepressant drugs had the side effect of delay or prevent ejaculation. Examples include Prozac, Zoloft, Celexa, Effexor, and Lexapro. These drugs may have the added benefit of improving the quality of erections for some.
Condoms  
  Condoms can help decrease the amount of stimulation during intercourse which could reduce premature ejaculation. Ribbed condoms are less sensitive and could help reduce premature ejaculation. Of course, the main objective of condoms is to prevent transmission of sexual diseases and pregnancy.
